Justine Silver

Originally from Houston, TX, Justine made Toronto her home in 1996. Ten years later she met and married her beloved husband, Stewart, who died unexpectedly in 2011. With the support of her family, friends, professional counsellors and fellow grievers, she was able to access tools and techniques to help her move forward. She is one of the Co-Founders of Good Grief! Bereavement Healing Services and is combining her skills as a professional Event Planner with her personal experience as a griever to develop and deliver resources to grieving adults throughout Ontario.
Justine is repartnered to another widower, Mike, and currently lives in Toronto with her Boston Terrier Lilah.
