Kathie Neff is a life long introvert who has learned to live in the extroverted world. Her need to renew herself in alone time is firmly rooted in her life habits. In her journey through grief that began in April 2021 when her husband of 50+ years died after a long illness, she is learning that grief adds additional stresses that deserve self-compassion and proactively seeking help and support from others.
Kathie’s background in group facilitation and training in offering adult learning experiences inspired her to create this workshop. She brings with her the current lessons she is learning as a fellow traveler on the path of grief.
