Midday is often a time when energy levels are low, our lunch is digesting, and we are drawn to an afternoon nap. Why fight nature? We’ll will begin with some calming breathwork and slow movement to let the body release tension, settle and restore. This class is designed for all levels of physical abilities and our focus will be on nurturing awareness of our internal experiences and the relationship between the mind and body. Before wrapping up, we’ll start to bring some energy back into the mind and body to feel revitalized for the rest of the day.
