Yoga is a wonderful way to gently wake up the body, mind and spirit after a night of sleep (even if you didn’t sleep well!). In this class, we’ll bring movement and lubrication to the joints and muscles that will carry us through the world for one more day. This class is designed for all levels of physical abilities and our focus will be on nurturing awareness of our internal experiences and the relationship between the mind and body. How you start the day sets the tone. Gather yourself in and set your intention for taking in what you need most during this Camp Widow experience.
