Margo Sage started her personal yoga practice in 2007 at a time in her life when she needed to look inside and find strength and courage. Under the guidance of many compassionate instructors and her own personal will she has found calm on her yoga mat. Margo’s Yoga and Meditation practice has had such an incredible impact on her life that she felt the compelling need to share its powerful beauty on both mind and body with others.
Margo offers virtual or live classes in either a group or individual format.
Margo is a certified Mindful Meditation Coach (University of Toronto) and a certified Hatha, Restorative and kids Yoga Instructor (Karma Yoga).
