As a heartfelt way to honour the spouses and partners we cherish, Camp Widow offers the chance to create a Tribute Tile and/or Button. 

Tribute Tile are 4″ x 4″ personalized photo tiles that will be displayed on a portable wall that moves to various locations throughout the weekend. Your tile features a photo you choose to honour your loved one. You can also include up to twelve words—whether it’s a meaningful phrase, a date, or a special combination of both. Our Memorial Coordinator will design and order the tiles, which will then be added to the Tribute Tile wall at Camp Widow.

This touching memorial celebrates the love we all shared and allows each camper to display a unique photo of their person with fellow campers. After the event, you can take your tile home as a keepsake, serving as a visual reminder of the hope and inspiration you gained during this meaningful weekend.

This year, we are also introducing the option of Tribute buttons. These buttons will feature  a photo of your loved one that you can wear during your time at camp to connect you with them and provide a chance to show your fellow campers whose memory you are honouring by being at camp.

You can purchase Tribute Tiles and buttons during the registration process. Afterward, you’ll receive an email with details on how to submit your photo and text. We hope you’ll join us in creating this special tribute.
