Richard Lappin

Richard Lappin is a psychotherapist, songwriter, poet and widower, with a cd of his original songs and a collection of poetry completed. His wife's passing in January 2023 became the catalyst for diving deeper into writing from a personal point of view. His self-published collection of poems, "The First Six Months: Poems on the Path," chronicle the beginning of his grief journey. He has found creativity to be crucial to his healing, and hopes to share his process with others.
