Mayfair – In this workshop, Lori Tucker-Sullivan will discuss her grief journey and return to her pre-marriage passions of music and writing. Participants will discuss their feelings about dreams they may have set aside or deferred and how returning to those passions and dreams can provide a path forward through grief. We’ll spend time identifying what those dreams are and what next steps can be taken to move forward. The discussion will be informed with her own experience and the experiences of others.
