After losing a spouse you may have to go back to work or decide you want to change careers. However, the idea of relaunching your career after loss can be overwhelming. You may be struggling to figure out what to do next. You didn’t plan to be in this situation, and you don’t know how to start or what to do. At times you may be feeling overwhelmed. Confusion, doubt and fear have crept in, and you’re stuck. The good news is you can learn how to figure it out and take action.
