Mount Royal – In this expressive arts presentation and experiential workshop, participants will explore expressive arts, myth, and metaphor to illuminate their own path with grief. Through the story of one goddess’s journey with grief, death, descent, and return, participants will be invited to access their own inner wisdom. Using myth, archetypal reflection, and expressive arts (no art experience necessary), participants will discover symbolic guidance for navigating grief.
